The Agency Dashboard is a React data visualisation tool for small / medium e-commerce solutions.
The Ask
A friend, who runs a small business locally to me, turned around one day and asked how easy it would be to consolidate all his metrics from across the various digital platforms they use into one single dashboard. I replied, these already exist, there's plenty of off the shelf SaaS solutions that will do just this. They mentioned that these products are often bloated, designed for much larger organisation and can become very expensive.
The Solution
Build a scalable platform that allows users to granularly select the data integrations they need and display this data in a centralised view. Using this data, AI insights driven by there own data help users to understand their data and crucially how to act on it to meet there business goals.
Whilst I'm in no position to release this as the next big billion dollar SaaS solution, I did want to design it from the very start to be scalable to hundreds if not thousands of concurrent users... even if only my friend was going to use it!
